Current government activity guidelines state that, to maintain health and reduce the risk of chronic conditions, we should be doing 2 hours 30 mins of moderate-intensity activity over five days, AND we should be doing muscle strengthening activity on at least two days a week.
If you are part of B-FIT you will be able to meet these minimum recommendations. In fact if you do everything, you will go beyond so you really will be safeguarding your future.
We will work together regularly at least once a week (or more often if you have time) in my secluded garden gym, with a small group of other women. The focus with this work are on building your overall fitness through resistance training (muscle strengthening) with some cardio benefits.
Along with Lean and Strong, my resistance programme, you can also choose Pilates to support your whole body mobility and core strength.
You will have a home workout programme designed just for you so that you can continue your work at home. throughout the week. Or you might decide (depending on the package you choose) to get all your fitness needs meet by coming throughout the week so you don't need to do a home workout (unless you want to, or are away).
With home workouts and supplementary exercises prescribed just for you have access to videos and exercises with explanations.
We will hold step and nutrition challenges and other motivational activities to help you to increase your daily activity levels.
Alongside the health benefits of being outside amongst nature, we will have fun together as a group of women and both of these features will create fantastic mental health benefits.
I will give you sensible nutrition advice and targets without faddy diets and you will start to feel healthier and have more energy within weeks.
Many personal trainers charge between £46 - £65 for one hour and that doesn't always even include a programme. B-Fit offers an AFFORDABLE way of receiving the benefits of personal training, of expert advice, and a tailored programme that supports you to work out on your own wherever you are.
We work together in a small group so you get the benefit of being with other women also. As your trainer, I can adapt exercises to your needs, and observe you carefully to make sure you are doing them correctly so you will be avoiding injury.
With B-Fit I want you to exercise throughout the week and I want you to be safe. I want you to feel clear about what you are doing so that's why its important to give you a programme taking into account your equipment needs, your mobility and your level of fitness.
