YOUR INVESTMENT for 6 WEEKS - £120

For this you receive    

* Once or twice a week workout in my garden gym with myself and a small group of women. I can make sure you are working safely and give you any adaptations you need.    

* On boarding consultation and goal setting  

* Home workouts to do at home. I can tailor these to your needs.  

* Whatsapp accountability group  

* Your daily macro targets and calorie goal (optional) and weekly weigh in (optional)  

* A step by step video guide from me on how to get your blood sugar levels stable.

* Discount if you are doing pilates AND B-FIT.

* If you want to stay after 6 weeks the cost is £120 every six weeks for the time it takes you to get what you need.

Session times.

Monday 1pm (tbc)
Tuesday 6pm, 7.10pm
Friday 1pm, 2pm
Saturday 10am

Once you have signed up you will receive a password and then you can book the following sessions below.
You will be allocated a main day for session, and if there are other sessions available you are welcome to book others.
You must cancel your sessions if you are not able to come so that other people can use them as spaces are extremely limited.
