Fitness Pilates Anytime is part of the Think Fit Be Fit Anytime App - health and fitness in your pocket. As you are an existing client I created this so you can continue to practice and develop your core strength and mobility wherever you are - even if you cant attend classes OR if you want to practise in between. As I keep saying, the more you do this, the more you will benefit and start to see real improvements in your core strength and your general mobility and flexibility. I have also included the Mobility Anytime programme a short series of exercises that you can do throughout the day to keep increasing your range of movement and keeping flexible.
Sheila Preston is a qualified personal trainer, fitness coach and life coach. She is certified in Fitness PilatesTM, Nutrition and Weight management, Menofit TM, Kettle bells, Circuit training and Suspension (TRX) training. She delivers personal and group training for all whatever stage in their training in her home gym and in local gym/outside venues. She has a special interest in menopause and midlife related issues and the experience of women during this time. She coaches people experiencing life/career transitions and also supervises and coaches practitioners working in education and community settings.
