Course Summary

I created Think Fit Be Fit Anytime because I know how challenging it can be to keep up a consistent fitness practice with the pressures of life.

Creating a consistent commitment to our health and wellbeing means a practice that extends beyond once or even twice a week.

It's commitment to regular practice that will get you the results you want.

Furthermore there are holidays, children's/family commitments, travel for work - a million things that can get in the way of being able to be present in a class at a particular time.

The Anytime series means that you can continue your practice any time and anyplace in the world you are - wether you are at home, at work, or abroad you can spend some time with your body.

You just need a few minutes, a quiet space, and some commitment.

You will be amazed at the results if you practice on a regular basis.

There are three programmes in the Anytime series.

The Mobility Anytime [coming soon] series is a free series of short videos that will take you through essential exercises and stretches for increasing your mobility and flexibility. These exercises will be ideal if you find yourself being inactive or sitting for long periods of time.

Fitness Pilates Anytime [available now for existing clients] has been designed for you if you are an existing client. You may be attending in person or zoom sessions, or you may be part of another programme. It is only possible to purchase this option if you are already an active client.
This series of videos is designed as a supplement to your existing work with me.
 I hope that this  will support you to create a consistent practice and will support you to develop your core strength and your mobility and flexibility.

Fitness Pilates Anywhere [contact me for details] offers you an opportunity to stream in to our classes wherever you are. You can attend at the same time as the session or you can practice along with the recording. When you sign up to this option, you also gain access to Mobility Anytime and Fitness Pilates Anytime - a step by step walk through of some of the key exercises.

A bit about me - I am trained as a fitness and nutrition coach and I am also a life coach and supervisor.

At Think Fit Be Fit I support clients experiencing life changes to be body confident and to get fit on their terms not societies. I offer group fitness and personal training programmes.

I am also known as Dr Sheila Preston, a practitioner with over 23 years’ experience in education, community settings. I have trained and supported hundreds of socially engaged artists and practitioners.

I run Thriving Facilitators help brilliantly courageous practitioners who are serving vulnerable or 'hard to reach' groups in challenging settings* These practitioners are committed to working in a heart-centred, relational way with vulnerable or hard to reach communities. I help these amazing practitioners get out of survival mode and THRIVE so they can show up authentically and lead social change without burning out!

*settings such as, prison and probation, schools and universities, pupil referral, day centres, SEN settings, mental health, health care, social services, neighbourhoods.
